Dan is a detective, and one day he wanders into an art gallery hoping to solve a mystery or two. The paintings seem to tell stories, but Dan hasn't a clue what they are until an angel steps out of a painting and takes him on a tour of the great masterpieces, explaining the symbolism of each painting. Uses a story format to introduce famous paintings to children. Suggested level: primary, intermediate.
