Eddie Pipper loves penguins and wants one of his own, but he has to make do with a paper-mâché penguin. Eddie hopes that by taking care of his pretend penguin his parents will see he could be trusted to look after a real one, but Eddie's efforts to be responsible don't turn out as planned.
