Previously published in Arabic, French, and German, this book contains re productions of the illustrated notebook pages of Egyptian artist and illustrator Mohieddin Ellabbad. The author shares his childhood dreams and perceptions. The Arabic text in his notebook appears as part of the artwork. Artwork also includes photographs, calligraphy, postcards, tickets, and watercolor paint ings that have been a part of the author’s life. English translations appear in the page margins. The book is published in its original Egyptian format; it is to be read from right to left.
