Grades K-3 The Do You Really Want to Visit . . . ? series introduces different world habitats to the elementary-school set by describing an adventurous vacation there. In Do You Really Want to Visit a Coral Reef?, a little girl enamored with her fish tank packs her scuba suit and passport and heads to Australia, where she dives in the Great Barrier Reef and encounters corals, whale sharks, eels, and other creatures, including a dangerous blue-ringed octopus. While the illustrations lack labeling of any kind, the gently informative narrative and eye-catching pictures should appeal to little ones curious about ecosystems.(Reprinted with permission of Booklist, copyright 2014, American Library Association.)
