Diana Lopez: My name is Diana Lopez, and DEE-AH-NAH is the Spanish pronunciation of Diana. I actually bond to both pronunciations of my name, but I prefer DEE-AH-NAH. That's what my family calls me, and that's the name that feels like me. I'm not named after anybody in my family. My parents, the way they tell the story is they had a baby name book and they just randomly went through it and they found Diana. As it turns out, it's the perfect name for me because Diana is the name of the Roman goddess of the moon, and she loved to run. She loved to be with animals, you know, and I always loved to run. I've always loved being out in nature, and I'm very much a moon person. So, I think my name is appropriate, and I'm so glad that my parents gave me that wonderful gift.
