Peter H. Reynolds: Hi. My name is Peter H. Reynolds. The H stands for Hamilton and that is where my grandfather was born, Hamilton, New Zealand. My father's name is Keith Hamilton Reynolds, so I got Hamilton as my middle name and I thought when I was writing my first book--I actually checked on the internet, which at the time was just beginning--and I typed it in to see if there was a PeterReynolds.com and there already was and I think he was a British scientist.

So, I thought, well what if I stuck the H in there and people will be able to find me. So, I put in H, so Peter H. Reynolds.
