Emily Barth Isler: Hi, my name is Emily Barth Isler. I like to tell people, you can remember Isler by saying if your drink is warm you might want to add some ice to it. My maiden name, Barth, which I now use as my middle name is the last name I grew up with and yes, I was occasionally teased by other kids because it sounds kind of like some other words. But the funny thing about it now is that we have an Alexa and she pronounces it as Bartholomew for some reason, even though it's very clearly Barth. So when Alexa talks to me, she says Emily Bartholomew Isler which my kids think is hilarious, and I find slightly strange and very annoying.
