Mike Knudson: Hello. My name is Mike Knudson. My last name is spelled K-N-U-D-S-O-N, but the K at the beginning is silent, so it's just pronounced Nudson. My middle name is Raymond. When I was in elementary school, my best friend, Steve, and I thought we both had crazy middle names. His middle name was Graham. So it was by no coincidence that when I had to choose names for the two main characters and best friends in my new book series I chose Raymond and Graham.
