Nancy Carlson: Hello, my name is Nancy Carlson, like Carl's son, and actually that's what it means. I'm Swedish, 100% Swedish. My mother's maiden name was Carlson, and my dad's name was Carlson, and they got married.

And I love my first name, Nancy. It's a fun name because I have lots of nicknames that go with Nancy. For instance, my brother, and my very best friend, and my sister, and my mom and dad call me Nan. And one of my friends calls me Nanette. Some of my high school friends call me Nance. But my very, very, very favorite nickname, all my cousins call me, and I have many, many, many cousins, and they all call me Nanner Bananner. I like that one best.
