Vincent Schilling: Hello my name is Vincent Schilling. Yes, I am a native American author. My last name is actually German. My father is German and my mother is from the St Regis Mohawk tribe, so it's not the stereotypical native name that some folks may assume, but I did some research on Schilling and found out that some of my ancestry was from Limeland. I looked up other things and found out my last name, Schilling, meant something about money or it could even be in debt.

One thing I most remember when I was a kid about my last name, Schilling, is all the little spice cans that said Schilling on them and I thought maybe I had a billionaire uncle somewhere that ran the spice company. But that's my name, Vincent Schilling.
