Fatima Sharafeddine: Hello. My name is Fatima Sharafeddine. Fatima is a traditional Arabic name. It's actually my grandmother's name. I was the third girl to be born in the family and my grandmother wanted a boy, so she was a bit upset. So to please her my parents gave me her name.

Sharafeddine is a compound word, Sharaf al-Din, but I prefer to write it as one full word Sharafeddine, I think it sounds much nicer that way.
