Michelle Mulder: Hello, my name is Michele Mulder. My parents named me Michelle after the famous Beatles song of the 1970s, Michelle Ma Belle, which means Michelle my beautiful. My father used to play with this by calling me 'Chelle my ding-a-ling, which I thought was quite funny at the time, and later as a teenager didn't like so much.

My last name, Mulder, is a Dutch name, usually in Holland it's pronounced Mulder, and it means Miller. In my family, many of the people in my grandparent's generation were bakers, but maybe before that they were millers.
