Jane Bahk: Hi. My name is Jane Bahk. My last name is actually a very common Korean surname, but most people spell it Park. In Korean, it's pronounce Pahk, so my dad decided he wanted a more phonetic spelling, but most Koreans who immigrate to North America went with Park, so now we are one of the very few Pahks we know. Even my cousins have different last names from us, since they are Parks too.
