Man One: Hi, my name is Man One. It's not my birth name. I got it when I was in high school, and I got into graffiti art. I didn't have a specific name when I started doing graffiti. I just knew that I couldn't do my real name. So I was listening to a band called Mantronix, and Mantronix was my first graffiti name, my first street name. But as soon as I started getting serious with it, I realized that Mantronix was way too long to do up in the streets. So I shrunk it down to the first three letters, which was man, M-A-N. Then, the "one" at the end makes it original and it's a trademark symbol in graffiti culture. So, yeah, that's how I became Man One.
