Believe it or not, the name that I'm most often mistakenly called is Phillip. I think people get confused with the two P's and the two I's. And the question that I'm asked the most often is if it's my pen name. It's not. Pintip Dunn is actually my real name. Dunn is my married name. My maiden name, Hompluem, is much more difficult to spell and pronounce, so my life has been a lot easier since I switched. Pintip comes from the Thai language and it means harp in the heavens.
