Susan D. Sweet: Hello, my name is Susan Sweet. S-W-E-E-T, just like it sounds, Sweet like candy. That's my real name, I didn't make it up for writing. When I was younger, it was a pretty easy target for jokes and comments, as you might imagine. But when I became a child psychologist, I really liked it because Dr. Sweet sounded nice to children. I hope they like it as a picture book author name too.
