Robin Brickman: Hello, my name is Robin Brickman. I was named after my two grandmothers, whose Yiddish names were Fagel. Fagel means bird in Yiddish. My name, Robin, is a way to honor my grandmother's. It just so happens that I love to paint nature also. I make a lot of art about birds, all kinds of birds and plants and insects and other living things.
