Chris Woodworth: Hello, my name is Chris Woodworth. If you see my last name in print, it's an easy one to pronounce. It's just two words, "wood" and "worth" put together. However, when I tell people my name, they often mistake it for Woodward, W-O-O-D-W-A-R-D.
When I complained about that to a friend, he suggested that I introduce myself by saying, "I'm Chris Woodworth, as in how much is that wood worth?" And it worked, so I often say that now.
